AI Finance Intelligence

Ask Moniqo — your AI personal finance assistant

Plain-English questions, answered from your own data. Interactive, predictive, and private by design. Free with a sensible monthly limit — no card, no upsell, no aggregators.

What you can ask

Ask anything about your own money

Examples below — the answers come from your actual statements, not the public internet. The assistant reads only your own data, only to answer your question, and never writes to your ledger.

You ask

How much did I spend on groceries last month?

Ask Moniqo

You spent the equivalent of about 12% of your monthly take-home on groceries — slightly higher than the prior three months. Top vendor: your usual supermarket. Want a breakdown by week?

You ask

Which subscriptions should I review?

Ask Moniqo

Two streaming services and one cloud-storage plan haven’t been used in over 60 days according to your spend patterns. Combined: ~₹2,100/month. I can list them.

You ask

When will I be debt-free at my current pace?

Ask Moniqo

On your current repayment schedule, your remaining loans clear in 14 months. Adding the equivalent of one weekly coffee budget to your monthly EMI would shorten that by ~3 months.

The privacy difference

Built differently from “AI + your bank login”

Most AI finance assistants are built on top of a bank-credential aggregator — they need to read your transactions in real time. Ask Moniqo is the opposite design: aggregator-free and privacy- first by construction.

Scoped to you, read-only, audited

Answers start from a PII-scrubbed summary of your month. When a question needs specifics, the assistant looks up your own rows only — scoped to your account, stripped of identifiers on the way out, and audited per lookup.

No bank-credential aggregator

Unlike AI assistants built on Plaid, Tink or MX, Ask Moniqo reads from the statements you import yourself. There is no third-party data pipeline and no stored bank login.

CI rule blocks raw-data leaks

A continuous-integration check fails the build if raw transaction data is ever sent to an AI service. The privacy posture is enforced by the build, not by policy.

Beyond conversation

Predictive intelligence, working in the background

Ask Moniqo isn’t just chat — it’s the surface of a predictive engine running on your data 24/7. Ask any of these in plain English and it will explain its reasoning.

Debt-free projection

Forecasts the date you clear your loans on the current schedule, and what an extra payment would change.

Monthly burn + unused subscriptions

Calculates your real monthly run-rate and surfaces recurring charges you’ve stopped using.

Anomaly detection

Flags spend that runs significantly above your own historical pattern — not a generic benchmark.

Salary + rent-cheque countdown

Tracks the next payday and the next big outgoings so you always know what the calendar will do to your balance.

Free tier

Free at launch, with a sensible monthly limit

No card on file. No trial countdown. No feature gate hiding the assistant behind a paywall. A paid tier (₹149/month, ₹1,429/year plus GST 18%) arrives later — everyone who signs up now is grandfathered into a discounted rate.

AI questions

Three things people always ask

Which AI model powers Ask Moniqo?

A leading third-party AI service. We don’t name the specific provider publicly — that choice needs to stay flexible as the field moves, and the privacy guarantees (PII redaction, no raw transactions) are enforced by Moniqo regardless of which model is used.

Can the AI move my money or change settings?

It cannot act. It can answer questions, explain numbers, and prepare an entry for you to review — but nothing reaches your ledger until you tap Confirm. It cannot make payments, change accounts, or delete anything, and the write tools are refused to it at the code level rather than by instruction.

Does the AI learn from my data?

No. We don’t train models on your data. Every query is stateless — what is sent is used for that one answer, and nothing about you persists in the model afterwards.
